Evidence of identity

​

When you appoint us to prepare your Will, we will need to take two forms of identification from you. 

Please could you have ready one item from each of the two lists below or if that is not possible, two from the second list.  If you are unable to do so please let us know.

List 1

​

• Passport.

• EU Member State identification card.

• UK photo card driving licence.

• H.M. Forces identity card

List 2

​

• UK driving licence

• Bank account or credit card statement (less than three months’ old).

• Firearm/shotgun certificate.

• Utility bill (less than three months’ old – but not a mobile phone bill)

• Most recent Council Tax bill

• Mortgage statement for the current mortgage year’
